4-5 Green Chillies
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
2 tbsp Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
8-10 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Asafoetida
200 Gms Okra (chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Homemade Masala
1-1½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1-1½ tsp Goda Masala
2-3 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Jaggery
Water (as required)
