These potato wedges are even better than french fries. The potato wedges are mixed with lots of spices and herbs. The potato wedges work in perfect harmony if they are consumed after dipping into mayonnaise.

Paprika- 2 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder- 1/2 tsp
Basil leaves- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp

Potato 600gm

Fried Potato Wedges:

Cornflour- 1/4 cup
Flour- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt-  a pinch

Non-oven Potato Wedges:
=====================
Cornflour- 2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander- 1 tsp
Half of the seasoning mix
