Yeast can be hard to find these days and it may be a while before manufacturers can make more so these easy no yeast dinner "rolls" are a great shortcut.  Just keep in mind, they're more like a muffin or fluffy drop biscuit than a real roll, but they fill the void in your dinner menu easily and deliciously!

Dress yours up with cheese, herbs or spices and they are ready to go in under 20 minutes.

No self rising flour? Make your own: For every 1 cup of all purpose add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt and proceed with the recipe.
