Fixing a Porter Cable C2002 Regulator

Porter Cable has a nice air compressor in the C2002 but it has a plastic part in the regulator that regularly fails for many people. To make matters worse, they don't sell just the plastic part to replace it but only the whole manifold which costs nearly as much as the compressor to begin with.

This video will show a simple way to repair the piece in the regulator without needing to buy anything. Simply take the regulator apart, enlarge the broken hole a little and fit the broken piece in through the back. A small dab of glue should seal the leak around the repaired part.
