150ml water
75ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking wine
1 tablespoon of sugar (1 tablespoon of swerve (sugar substitute))
ginger powder
pepper
1/2 onion
a little green onion
1 piece of kelp
Lemon, garlic, cheongyang pepper
300g salmon
2. Brown rice salmon sashimi and sushi
👩🏻🍳Tartare Sauce
2 spoons half mayo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tbsp allulose
2 tablespoons chopped onion
pepper
parsley
200g brown rice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon allulose
a little salt
3. Cucumber and salmon sushi
1 cucumber
1 tbsp allulose, 2 tbsp vinegar, a little salt
Avocado, shredded onion, wasabi
sriracha sauce
4. Salmon Poke
50 g salmon
Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Avocado, Nuts, Seaweed flake
Brown rice tossed in vinegar
Sriracha Sauce, Sesame Oil, Balsamic Glaze
5. Tofu Salmon fried Tofu Sushi
Half tofu, cabbage, 1 egg
2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon allulose, a little salt
5 square fried tofu
100 g salmon
1 spoon whole grain mustard, 1 spoon minced onion, 1 spoon half mayo
6. Salmon Steak
200 g salmon
Salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon peel, olive oil

100g brown rice, kimbap seaweed
