Suzanne Maloney: Iranians are tired and frustrated and want sanction relief. They want to make progress on nuclear negotiations quickly and see tangible results and compensation.
On November 1, the Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Initiative and the Saban Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings hosted a panel discussion to preview the November talks between the P5+1 countries and Iran and to assess the outlook for the negotiations.
