How to Change Wordpress Admin Password from PHPmyadmin Database [Hindi]
In this video, I’ll show to how to change wordpress admin password from MySQL Database step by step.
Whenever you forgot your wordpress website password, wordpress gives an option to forget and reset the password from admin page. Enter your email and wordpress will mail you a password reset link to create new password.
But in this video, I’ll talk about a less known method to reset the wordpress admin password. You can change your wordpress admin password from MySQL Database and you can access your database from your hosting cpanel or hpanel.
If wordpress is not sending password reset mail then this method can be used as a plan b to change the wordpress admin password.
𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞:
1. Log in to your hosting cpanel and find your wordpress MySQL Database
2. Open your wordpress phpmyadmin database and click on wp_users. Further choose any user and click on edit.
3. Now you will see a password cell. Choose MD5 and enter your password. After that click on save.
Your wordpress admin password has been successfully changed.
