The FASTEST way to train Attack and Strength! (OSRS Melee training method)

A quick guide to the best method in OSRS to get your melee stats up fast at Pest Control. Once you get close to 99 and have near-BiS gear this method can push up to 200k xp/hr, but even before that point it's the fastest xp you can get in these two skills.
