Elemental Orbs (MCO) Chaos Scythe

I am almost done making pretty much all spells/abilities to be able to use with MCO using payload interpreter, maybe in a day or two It will be on nexus already. I will be uploading this as a separate mod entry from the Vanilla Elemental Orbs.
