New GTTF details emerge in federal drug trial

New admissions arose in federal court Wednesday from a former member of the Baltimore police Gun Trace Task Force. While testifying in a drug case against Eric Snell Wednesday, Jemell Rayam, who was convicted of robbery and overtime fraud, said he filed false tax returns over a three-year period. Rayam admitted he falsified the number of charitable contributions and dependents on his tax returns between 2012 and 2015.
