The Sacred Realm and its mysterious connection to the Triforce, Hyrule and the Creation of the world in The Legend of Zelda!
This is a video I’ve been eager to finish before the release of the Tears of the Kingdom’s Master Works book this year. It covers the perplexing and intricate history of the Hyrule Kingdom's founding, specifically focusing on the Sacred Realm as depicted in Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, A Link to the Past, and Skyward Sword (although there are mentions of Tears of the Kingdom as well!). One of the key points I explore is how the broad interpretation of the Japanese term for "sacred realm" might be contributing to the convolution. So let’s see if we can solve that!
All Japanese translations in the video have been completed by me. As always, translations can be subjective and another may choose to translate differently. No translation I’ve provided in the video should be considered definite and the only way to interpret the Japanese text, but rather as another source to help understand the main essence of the language.
