Low Angle Radiation - HF 5 Degree Angle A Myth?

In previous Videos, Peter G3OJV has doubted the existence of any significant far-field radiation at angles as low as 5 degrees, particularly on the higher HF bands. A number of well qualified Hams have written papers in QST and QEX that throw doubt on the existence of significant ultra low angle radiation.
