Hello everyone, this is my fourth tutorial that is focused on learning how to use Mugen. Unlike the other three tutorials I've made in the past, this one will go over two things: Setting up arcade mode and using Vselect, an application that makes setting up Mugen a lot easier and accessible.

I was normally planning on covering Vselect on a separate video but there was very little to go over on its own compared to other topics, so I decided to just put in together with this video.
