Slurry Seal Demonstration at ISSA Conference in Las Vegas

A quick look at a slurry seal demonstration being applied at the International Slurry Surfacing Association in Las Vegas in January 2013. Slurry seal is a mixture of emulsified asphalt, fine aggregate, cement, and water combined in a ribbon blender on the back end of a slurry truck. It is an cost effective alternative to a hot mix overlay to help stretch your pavement maintenance budget.
