I accidentally made a viable build with the Iron commander in the Essence League. I wouldn't play it in HC though as it requires some attention and I run around at 4K life like the true SC hero I am. It's less than half of the HP I have on my WormBlaster.
Sitting at 1618 dexterity because reasons. I am sure you could drop the briskwrap and make an even more viable build, but then you won't have 10 Meme ballistas.
Shaper gloves could work too, but your resistances would suffer.
