After our 1st attempt at buying a house fell through, we kept the details of this one quiet, to avoid upsetting the girls again. So... after we got the keys on Friday we pretended we were going over on Saturday to look at a wall that the survey had highlighted...

(I told them the reason I'd got the GoPro was to look behind the wall and I'd already unlocked the gate the night before so I could make my way around the back)
