A breakdown on what I see in @jettson18 technique compared to all the other riders he is racing against. ( it’s a good one I have to say ! ) ha #chargelife

Everybody. I'm going to share some technique, tips or what. I see you all. Okay. So I've been watching the Nationals and I hear a lot of people say Jet and his technique jet is technique jet and his technique jet and his approach. Okay, cool. But what's he doing? What's he doing? Yeah, it works is he's won almost every race and he's phenom.

And possibly one of the two people that are coming up that can break some records because some of those records, I don't know if will ever be broken, but that talent can do that. So let's talk about that. So when we look at these other riders and jet, we see something different. So if I look at Jet, I look at Hunter, I look at Shimada, they're doing pretty much the same thing.

They're on their toes, their hips are out, the back is straight, their arms are loose. They're always looking ahead. They're smooth, they're getting traction. But Jet's doing something a little bit different. A little bit, and I'll explain that. Now the other guys, let's look at just watch. SOUTHWICK So kitchen. Cooper Robinson Um, other other guys, okay. They're riding a little bit more flat.

So they're riding a little bit more, but tucked. So when you watch them ride, you're going to see the bike, not stick to the ground like you do Jet. You're going to see the bike bounce up like you don't see Jeff's bike do. You're going to see the bike go side to side like you don't like you don't see Jeff's bike do sometimes by mistake.

But this is called motocross. But 95% of the time that bike is always on the ground going straight. And that's the fastest way to go around. A track is always getting traction and always go in the direction you want. Okay, so now let's talk about this. When you look at Jet, you're always going to see him initiate everything at the hips, everything is done at the hips.

Every time he gasses, it hits. Every time he breaks hips, every time he goes through a roller hips. Okay, so that bike is always on the ground, always getting traction. Okay. And the fastest way to get around the track is with ultimate traction. Stephon Edwards only concern, which is, I say one of the best riders ever was rear wheel traction, because if I'm spinning or my back is coming off the ground or I'm going side to side, I'm not going as forward as much as I can.

So you're going to see a few motor. His hips are out, but there's going to be a little bit of a bend in his knees. He's going to bend in his knees a little bit. Same with Hunter. A little bit. Now the other guys with Cooper and the rest of them, they're going to bend at their knees more.

And the more I bend at my knees, the more I'm into my arms. So if I'm braking, I'm pushing back. If I'm coming into my knees, then there's way. The waist and the rear end. So now that we're in, isn't going to get as much traction. It can bounce off the ground and it can go side to side.

Okay. You're going to see Jet always doing this just like you would do in any activity that you want to be at. Your strongest, most stable, most coordinated, most efficient position is here. Okay, I'm ready. Not here now. I'm not ready. I'm off balance. That makes sense. Okay, so I have this motorcycle here and I want to show you just a couple little things of what can happen by when you are in the wrong position.

Okay. These motorcycles are very sensitive to change, to clicks, to pounds, to millimeters. I changed the way this bike works. Okay. Now, these guys are probably from 140 to £170 on a motorcycle. At this high level, the more weight you put down, though, the better the bike handles. The more what you put up high, the more effective you're going to be.

So when you're up here and in the wrong position, you're going to affect the way the motorcycle works. Okay. A lot of people in the sport are just so concerned about fitness. Okay. Well, you need fitness and that's good because you got to go that 30 minutes. But that's like making the motorcycle fast, fast, fast, fast, but never focusing on it's handling that.

We don't need that. What is going to make it as fast as we can, but that thing's going to be ill handling. So you can have the fitness that Jet has, maybe more, but if you're always making TV a little mistakes and you're always making teeny little bubbles and your technique is causing more energy, it's causing you to use more energy to ride, well, then he's going to be faster.

So let's look at this. Yeah, buddy, I'm on a motorcycle again, so I'm going to stand straight up and down right in the middle of my feet, so to speak. But what I see, some of the riders like like a Cooper excuse me, Roberts's and a few other guys that are top ten, they're riding a little bit more flat footed.
