He clinched the leadership of the BJP Legislative Party in Odisha prior to his appointment. Mohan Majhi boasts a remarkable track record, having served as a tribal MLA for four consecutive terms in the Keonjhar assembly of Odisha. During the 2024 Odisha assembly elections, he secured a resounding victory in the Keonjhar constituency, garnering 47.05% of the votes, thereby defeating his closest rival, Minu Majhi of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), who managed to secure 40.84% of the votes.
As anticipated, Apple introduced its latest iteration of the iOS operating system, iOS 18, during the annual WWDC 2024 developer conference.
