INGREDIENTS :-
500 gm chicken
2 bay leaves
½ mace
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
5-6 cloves
8-10 black pepper
1 star
1-2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tbsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp crushed red
salt to taste
1 handful green coriander leaves
1 handful mint leaves
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp fennel powder
½ tbsp garam masala powder
100 ml oil
4 chopped green chilli
2-3 potato
500 gm sella rice (2 hour soaked)
½ tbsp nutmeg+mace powder
¼ tsp orange food colour
5-6 drops kewra assence
water as required
salt to taste
1tsp black cumin seeds
¼ crushed mace
green coriander leaves
mint leaves
4-5 green chilli
