Give your belly the gentle
Give your belly the gentle practice it needs with our focus on massaging the internal organs and opening up space for deep belly breathing. Whether you're suffering from indigestion, extra bloating, or menstruation cramps, this 30 minute loving practice will serve as the TLC you deserve! We do utilize both a yoga strap and bolster/folded blanket for some poses, so have those handy. Gentle background music has been added to help you feel more at ease in your time of discomfort.
