Ingredient list (Feeds about 3-4-ish
Ingredient list (Feeds about 3-4-ish I think? I shared some with mom and ate the rest)
1. 1 1/2 pounds (0.7Kg) of Spinach
2. Half of medium onion (red is preferred)
3. 1-2 Chilies (I used Serrano, but if you can find Indian varieties then better)
4. about 1 tbsp or so of Cumin seeds, +Fresh ground ginger/ garlic
5. about 1 tsp of Garam masala, tumeric, red pepper powder (Cayenne)
6. 1 tomato (I used small but if you like tomato maybe medium?)
7. Heavy cream (I used a shot-glass amount?)
8. Lots of Ghee butter. Just go crazy with it.
9. Paneer Cheese block
(Some people also add other ingredients like lemon juice / Yogurt/ cashews but I don't)
This is just the way I MAKE IT, with ratios according to MY liking. There is no "perfect singular way" to make this dish, you can customize it to your own tastes and adjust ingredients,
