Today I am going to be making Sakuramochi in Kanto-style.

What makes the difference is the skin.  

Kanto style is a crape made from glutinous rice flour and flour.  Wrap red bean paste in the center, finish with salted Sakura leaves.  

Sakura has just started to bloom, so it’s time to make Sakura sweets!

It’s easy to make with your frying pan!

6 Sakura Mochi
10g Shiratamako
(glutinous rice flour)
50g all-purpose flour
15g sugar
70ml water
red food coloring
120g red bean paste
6 Sakura leaves
