🍰 Fig butter cake recipe
(Round shape with a diameter of 18 cm)

Butter 100g
Sugar 80g
Flour 100g
2 eggs (divided into egg yolk and egg white)
5 figs

①Mix butter until creamy, add sugar and mix.
② Add 2 egg yolks and mix
③ Add the sifted flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
④ Make meringue in another bowl
⑤ Add the meringue to ③ in two batches and mix.
⑥Put in the mold and arrange the figs cut into 4 equal parts.
⑦Bake at 180℃ for 30-40 minutes until golden brown

It's a simple, moist and delicious cake that doesn't swell.
