INGREDIENTS:

-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Onion(Pyaz ) sliced 1 medium
-Ginger garlic paste  (Adrak & lehsan) 1 & ½ tbs
-Turmeric powder (Haldee powder) ½ tsp
-Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Coriander powder (Dhania powder) 1 tbs
-Salt (Namak) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Minced Beef (Qeema) ½ kg
-Green chilli (Hari mirch) chopped 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Yogurt whisked (Dahi)1 Cup
-Water (Pani ) as required
-Black cardamom( Badi elaichi) 2
-Black peppercorns (Sabut kali mirch) ½ tsp
-Cinnamon stick (Darchini) 2
-Bay leaves (Tez paat) 3
-Green cardamom (Hari elaichi)  3
-Cloves (Laung) 4-5
-Cumin seeds (Zeera) 1 tsp
-Salt (Namak) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon Juice 1 Tbs
-Oil 1 Tbs
-Fresh coriander (Hara dhania) chopped ½ Cup
-Mint leaves (Podina) chopped ½ Cup
-Green chillies (Hari mirch) 2-3
-Rice (Chawal)  3 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
-Onion (Pyaz) fried 1/4 cup or as required
-Yellow food color (Zarda ka rang) ½ tsp or as required
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs

Serve 5 To 6
