КАДИЧА.Баклажаны Жареные с Мясом и Перцем .

Fried eggplant with meat and pepper -Kadicha.

RECIPE:

Eggplant 7 PCs - 1.200 kg.
Bell pepper - 3 PCs.
Tomatoes - 5 PCs.
Pork -300gr.(meat of any)
Onions - 2 heads.
Garlic - 6 teeth.
Cilantro - 50 gr.
Paprika - 1 teaspoon.
Bitter hot pepper - to taste.
Black pepper - to taste.
Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon.
Soy sauce - TRY TO SALT the EGGPLANT.I added 3 tablespoons.

For salting the Eggplant to 1.200 kg - 1.5 tbsp.(without much slides) of Salt.
