ESO One Bar SOLO PVE Arcanist, Vateshran Final Boss Gameplay, with Full Build at the end

This build is so fun. I messed up twice, in the first phase I held my Ulti for some reason, and in the final mini, I misjudged the fire pinewheel and almost got roasted, but hey, that got me the "Missed me by that much" achievement! This is a simple rotation, just keep up the Inspired Scholorship and Structured Entropy, light attack, flail, light attack, flail to get crux, then beam, repeat.
