This the first time I've ever posted a deleted scene from a movie, so I wanted to make it count! What you're about to see is a small part of Wish's original movie, before the script change. It turns out Disney actually made a complete storyboard movie out of the original concept, which featured an entirely different film. They made the movie, but did not animate it, and is still at the studio. The full scene is on the digital purchase of the film and the DVD. Also, whoever voiced Star was PERFECT.
This part of the movie was changed because the execs wanted Asha to get by on her own and Star was doing too much work, claiming she wasn't strong enough here. That.....clearly isn't true here, she is capable, Star is just providing fun antics and supporting her. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THIS.
Here; Asha, Star and Valentino make their way to the Kingdom of Rosas to stop Magnifico from taking more wishes from the citizens. They are stopped by Queen Amaya, her pet Lynx and royal guards. The trio try their best to escape while Star changes into different forms to get away.

(In the original film, Star is a talking shapeshifter "Starboy", Asha is more reserved and serious while her quest was to free everyone's wishes, which are connected to their life force. Her family and others escaped realizing the rulers were evil, so she wanted to go back and save the others. Valentino does not speak until the end of the movie, and Queen Amaya is evil with Magnifico. They also have an evil Lynx as a pet.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT intended to insult, rant or berate any fans of the final version. It's NOT hate towards anyone who saw it either. This is just something special to me that I want to share, because it's brought me a lot of joy seeing parts of the film I REALLY wanted to see. You are free to make your own opinions.
