10-12 pieces of brinjal
8-9 pieces of pumpkin
1/3 cup french beans
10-12 pieces of pumpkin
10-12 pieces of bottle gourd
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 tbsp Goldie sambhar masala
coriander leaves
green chillies
1/2 cup oil or pure ghee
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
