🔔 Stir-fried taro stem. (1T = rice spoon)
300g boiled taro stems, 15cm green onion, 1T cooking oil, ½T (5g) minced garlic, 1T Korean style soy sauce, ½T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T perilla oil, 50ml kelp water, ⅓T salt, 1T (15g) perilla seed powder, 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds .
1: 1T sugar.

✨ Stir-fried taro stem. (Please refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Rinse the boiled taro stems in water.
2. Add 1T sugar and taro stems to boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the water.
4. Chop taro stems and green onions.
5. Add taro stems, ½T (5g) minced garlic, 1T Korean style soy sauce, 1/2T myeolchi aekjeot, and 1T perilla oil, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
6. Wake up.
7. Add 1T cooking oil and green onions to the pan and fry over high heat.
8. Add taro stems and fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
9. Add 50ml of kelp water, mix, close the lid, and leave for 1 minute.
10. Mix evenly, add 1/3T salt and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
11. Add 1T (15g) of perilla seed powder and stir-fry for 40 seconds.
12. Close the lid and cook over low heat for 40 seconds.
13. After mixing evenly, turn off the heat and mix in 1T sesame oil and sesame seeds.
