vegetable oil for frying.
cheese sauce:
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of butter (20g).
1/2 tablespoon of all purpose flour (4g).
1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 cup of milk (120ml).
~ 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (110g).
