Another bad day? let's talk
Another bad day? let's talk this out. A cruel comment comes to light tonight. A frank intimate talk about what happens when I have a bad day...what triggers it and how to I get out of it? How do you? I take you through step by step the goals I set for myself to overcome depression and anxiety... loneliness and telling somebody " I love you". How much of our fear holds us back? How much of our anger do we hold inside?
I hope this video helps those of you who are going through some of the same bad days I experience...bad days are part of life...but they never will dominate our lives.
My heart goes out to you that are having a very tough holiday season... and I made this video for every woman who looks in the mirror and insults herself and wishes she could be the strong woman she once was.......for every woman who has a weak moment of fear and anxiety and feels stuck.......for every woman who fears her best days are behind her....for every woman who feels insecure and "not good enough" as she goes through her day wondering what other people see in her.....for every woman who sets goals for herself...and although she is scared out of her mind to improve her life...she digs deep and finds the courage she didn't even know she had.....and does it all anyway and succeeds!
Let us know the things you put in motion that help you when your day begins to slide.
