CoGTA minister plans to disband dysfunctional municipalities

Co-operative governance and traditional affairs minister Velenkosini Hlabisa has announced he plans to disband dysfunctional municipalities. This move has been welcomed by some of the stakeholders as some of the municipalities have been struggling to function properly.
