Marika the Eternal, Miquella the Kind, and Messmer feature in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC trailer from Fromsoftware.  Miquella the Kind's other half was St. Trina. Messmer's mother was Marika.  Marika's shadow was Maliketh and she was an Empyraen. Yet the lore reveals that Marika was not always a Goddess; she hailed from the Shaman Village and contacted the Fingers, the emissaries of the Greater Will in order to revenge herself and her people from the crimes of the Hornsent. From this tragic backstory her megalomania would emerge.
