The internet says Niacin (Vitamin B3) will help a person pass a drug test for marijuana. But will it? This video discusses the chatter around Niacin and drug tests for marijuana. It is also a warning about the dangers of using Niacin! Some believe this vitamin will help you pass a drug test but please, DO NOT use this vitamin as it can be dangerous. Your health is way too important!
