Katyal: Meadows could ‘obliterate’ Trump’s defense if he’s flipped

Special Counsel Jack Smith granted immunity to Mark Meadows for his testimony in the Jan. 6 case in which he says he warned Trump the voter fraud claims were baseless according to ABC News. Neal Katyal tells MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart that immunity for Meadows signals he has “a bit more dirt on Trump” which could damage Trump’s “state of mind defense.”
