Trying pizza dough recipe to make Pigs in Blanket ! Using Schneiders original

Hi Neighbours , this is so simple I debated on sharing it but myself and my family enjoyed it so much that I needed to share with you all. Below is how I make pizza dough and pizza but you can make the dough and do what I did with it in the video instead of making pizza with it. Goodness these hotdogs were awesome. I used Snyders original hotdogs for pigs in blanket. Hope you make the dough and give them a try. They were awesome.

Recipe is below

in a large bowl put
2 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour (note sometimes if dough is too sticky add another 1/4 of flour)
1 tsp of salt
1 and 1/2 tsp of sugar
1/4 cup of olive oil

in a measuring cup put warm water about 100 degree F no more than 110 degree F
to this add 2 and 1/4 tsp of active dry yeast or 1 package of active dry yeast
and 1 and 1/2 tsp of sugar

after about 7 minutes or so of letting the yeast activate in water add it to your dry ingredients

knead dough for about 10 minutes or so (however 3 minutes into kneading the dough add a good drizzle of olive oil). Up to 1/4 cup of olive oil
if you are kneading on a counter top maybe sprinkle with a little bit of flour so dough wont stick or you can put olive oil on counter

put dough back into your bowl drizzle with a wee bit of olive oil and rub it over your dough. cover bowl with cling wrap and towel and let rise for 1 hour.

now drizzle a half sheet pan with olive oil about a table spoon or more a nice amount is needed for this recipe

put your pizza dough onto your sheet pan and start stretching it out. don't force it too much when it is starting to resist a bit then cover with cling wrap and wait for 15-20 minutes and stretch it some more repeat process until 45 minutes or so have been reached and then you are ready for next step

rub a table spoon of basil pesto onto your dough
preheat oven to 375 degree F

now add the topping you like and bake for 30-35 minutes or so give or take
check on your dough if it is browned on top and bottom it is ready
