Why Lord Brahma is not Worshipped ?

According to Hindu cosmology, Brahma is the creator of the cosmos and all entities. The Vedas, the oldest and holiest Hindu teachings, are credited to Brahma, making him the father of dharma. He should not be confused with Brahman, a broad word for the Supreme Being or Almighty God. Although Brahma is a member of the Trinity, his fame pales in comparison to Vishnu and Shiva. Brahma may be discovered in texts more than in homes and temples. In fact, it is difficult to locate a temple devoted to Brahma. One similar temple may be seen at Pushkar, Rajasthan.
Brahma rules over 'Brahmalok,' a cosmos that encompasses all of the earth's and other planets' splendors. According to Hindu cosmology, the cosmos survives for a single day known as the 'Brahmakalp.' This day is equal to four billion earth years, at the conclusion of which the whole universe will be destroyed. This process is known as pralay, and it occurs every 100 years, representing Brahma's lifetime. After Brahma's "death," another 100 years must pass before he is reincarnated and the whole creation starts afresh.
