Tequila
The recipe is here:
Tequila - 45-50 ml
Sugar syrup - 2 dashes
Fresh grapefruit - approximately 100 gr
Soda water - top
Squeeze juice from grapefruit by kneading it, add tequila and sugar syrup and make quick shake, add sparkling water in shaker and than pour the mix in chilled glass with ice cubes. Garnish with grapefruit piece.
