CHEESY SAUCY PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients:
-Tagliatelle pasta or any pasta you prefer
-4 cups water, for boiling pasta
-1tbsp oil
-1tsp salt
-1/2cup pasta water

-1medium chopped onion
-2garlic cloves, crushed
-1/3cup or 3tbsp tomato paste
-1tsp paprika powder
-1/2tsp black pepper, crushed
-1tsp dry oregano
-1/2cup milk
-1/2cup heavy cream
-1/4cup cheddar cheese, grated
-1/4cup mozzarella cheese, grated
-fresh parsley to garnish
-oil
-salt to taste
