Hasty Bake Legacy 131 First Cook

It was time to add another grill to my arsenal! I've been looking at the Hasty Bakes for well over a year and decided I was ready to give it a try. I bought the Legacy 131and in this video I'll give you a short overview of the grill and it's features that make it a bit unique and why I think this will be an excellent everyday use charcoal grill and smoker. I'll also share the first two cooks on this unit.
I have several grills and smokers to use at my disposal and each one of them are unique in it's own way. Each one has a benefit over the others. What I knew I wanted after using the other designs for years is better charcoal and ash management. The Hasty Bakes delivers this!
