Hello!
Today I made 4 flavors of cream cheese scones!
This scone was completed after many tests. 😊
It took me almost 3 weeks to test, shoot, and edit the video. 😂
It was hard, but I'm really proud of it when I made it.

The scones I made today come in 4 flavors: plain, matcha, cheddar, and oreo.
Each recipe is slightly different, so please check it carefully!

All four flavors are so attractive and delicious, I hope you will try making them with your favorite flavor!

40g white chocolate chips

100g cream cheese

[ Cheddar Cheese Cream Cheese Scone ]

95 g all-purpose flour
25g Cheddar Cheese
10g Parmesan Cheese
35 g sugar
1 g of salt
2 g baking powder
45g unsalted butter
20 g milk
25 g eggs
1 slice cheese

90g cream cheese
30g sugar powder
1 slice cheese

3 Cheddar Cheese Crackers for Topping


[ Oreo Cream Cheese Scone ]

110 g all-purpose flour
30 g sugar
2 g salt
2 g baking powder
48g unsalted butter
25 g milk
25 g eggs
4 Oreo without cream

100g cream cheese
35g sugar powder

3 Oreos for topping


[ Egg wash ]
1 egg yolk (about 20 g)
20 g milk


◼ Please be prepared ◼
- Prepare the scone dough ingredients cold.
- Put the sliced cheese in the freezer and use it after it hardens.
- Prepare 4 Oreo cookies by removing the cream and crushing only the cookie part.


■ Storage method ■
- Store at room temperature for half a day and in the freezer for 2 weeks.
- It is delicious even when eaten cold. Or, if you store it in the freezer and thaw it at room temperature and warm it up in the air fryer, you can feel the crispy outside and the soft taste of cream cheese inside.
