For half a century, the Cleveland Browns' name has been synonymous with winning football. "Fifty Years of Memories" takes the viewer through that exact time frame beginning with the formation of the team in 1946 and finishing with the final game in 1996.

**Up until recently, I've been downloading my personal VHS collection. However, the collection is obviously limited. I started a Patreon page to better find and purchase old VHS videos on EBAY and other websites, as well as at garage sales and other locations that might have VHS available, so I can upload them for all to see and share for free. Meet the great stars and lasting legends Otto Graham, Marion Motley, Dante Lavelli, Jim Brown, Brian Sipe, Bernie Kosar and most importantly, the man the team was named for: Paul Brown.

Each of the distinct eras is examined: the domination of the All-America Conference in the 1940s, the team's immediate success in entering the NFL in 1950 and the carbon copy domination of the older league in the early 1950s. Not ignored is the lull created by the retirement of Graham in 1955 which led to the Jim Brown era which began in 1957. Paul Brown's firing, Blanton Collier's hiring, the pinnacle of the 1964 championship game and subsequent championship appearances in 1965, 1968, and 1969 are also covered. The modern era includes "The Drive," The Fumble," and finally, the Browns' last playoff appearance in 1995.
