Shock Replacement: 60 to 90
Shock Replacement: 60 to 90 minutes ($130 / $240 / $360)
This video shows how to remove the rear shocks on a Volvo XC70. They are Nivomat self leveling shocks on this car. The other shocks are not much different, you access the top mount from inside the back of the car and the lower mount has 1 bolt going through it.
I will post torque specs here when I get them.
