See the Agile Manifesto’s 4 bold value statements that changed software development forever, and defined agile scrum as we know it today. Then tell us which value is the most important in the comments.
Whether it's scrum, kanban, xp, lean, dsdm, or another kind of agile methodology, they all rely on the 4 Agile Value Statements. While both the items on the right and the items on the left are valued, the items on the left are valued more:
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan
