Main Ingredients

Mung bean         350g  

Sub Ingredients

special ingredients

Bracken                     100g      
Mung bean sprouts    100g


Ingredients in fridge

Over fermented Kimchi 100g
Beef  (rump)                  100g
or plate or  pork belly

Sticky rice                       40g
or sticky rice powder

seasoning
Green onion                a stalk (cut in 5cm crosswise,split the middle, and cut lengthwise
Garlic                          5 cloves (crush & mince)
Green hot pepper       2ea  (mince finely)      
Salt                             1/2  tablespoons

garnish

Red pepper                 2ea (slice diagonally)


Onion soybean vinegar sauce

Soy sauce                    3 tablespoons
vinegar                         3 tablespoons
water                            3 tablespoons
Onion                            1/’2 ea


METHOD

Preparation

1  Rinse 350g of Mung bean and soak it in cold water in refrigerator over night.
2  Rinse bloated bracken & mung bean sprouts and set a  side.
3  Slice beef rump thinly and cut into 1cm .
4  Shake off seasonings of  over fermented sour Kimchi and wipe off kimchi soup with
   kitchen towel. And then cut into 2cm*1cm
5  Cut the green onion into 5cm lengthwise and mice garlic.
6  Cut the red pepper diagonally for garnish and mince finely green hot pepper.
7   Soak 40g of sticky rice overnight.
8   At the first, make the onion vinegar soy bean sauce

Marinade (10 minutes)

1   Bracken and Mung bean sprout  -  2 pinches of salt + some minced garlic + 1 tsp of
                                                            sesame oil
2   Kimchi and Green onion  -  Some minced garlic + 1 tsp of sesame oil
3   Beef  -  2 piches of salt + some of pepper + some of minced garlic

Cooking

1  Put the soaked mung bean &  sticky rice into mixer with 200ml of water and grind them for
   about 1 min. roughly.
2  Pan-fry the marinated beef in rare.
3  Combine all prepared ingredients into grinded Mung bean paste except red pepper. (    
   Meat, Bracken, Mung bean sprouts, Kimchi, Green onion, and Green hot pepper)
4  Heat the pan over the high heat and add enough oil, And put a ladlel of  mung bean paste
   on the pan and make pancake 10 cm in diameter.
5  Make the shape with ladle and spoon
6  Sprinkle potato starch and flip over.
7  Sprinkle a dusting of potato starch both side and supplying enough oil to make it crispy.
8  Drain mung bean pancakes’  oil on the basket and serve it warm.
