Rapper PnB Rock was reportedly shot at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Los Angeles.

TMZ says the rapper Popular rapper's girlfriend tagged their location in an Instagram story before the shooting.  LAPD handling and not confirming his condition yet.
