The cause of this error is that the new version of SuperSu is somehow unable to overwrite the binaries. So, we manually flash the SuperSU zip via recovery mode.
↪Error Message :
There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem! If you just upgraded to Android "X" , you need to manually re-root."
↪Extra Important Info :
✦ If this fix didn't work, then watch this alternative fix -
SuperSu Failed To Update SU Binary | ...
✦ If the fixes don't work, it means that your bootloader is locked and is restricting changes to your device. Google up your device model number and look up on how you can unlock your bootloader and then try this fix.
✦ If you're using default recovery, then try getting a custom recovery and flash the fix. Custom recoveries work even without root for basic flashing purposes.

Q.1] Will this root my device?
A.] Yes, flashing this ZIP will root your device.
Q.2] Will this brick my device?
A.] Nope, it won't, but, in very rare cases, you're device may go into a bootloop.
Q.3] How to come out of a bootloop?
A.] Go to recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, reboot.
Q.4] Still in a bootloop! What to do?
A.] Flash the ROM/Stock Firmware again..This is where the backup comes in to rescue :)
Q.4] This video didn't help me :(
A.] The title says "Almost". Anyways, try this fix too - SuperSu Installation Failed | 100% Wo...
Q.5] Will I lose any of my data?
A.] 99.9% Nope, but still it is always safe to backup.
Q.6] I don't have an external SD Card, where should I place the file?
A.] You can place it in internal storage too. But, you may need a custom recovery to flash files from internal storage.
Q.7] I don't have TWRP Recovery, is it fine?
A.] Absolutely Fine! You can flash the file using any Recovery Menu. If you face any errors in flashing, then go for CWM/TWRP/Philz.
Q.9] Where do you find a custom recovery for my device?
A.] Google it!
Q.10] Will this work for my device?
A.] No idea, just try it out. No harm in trying :)
Q.11] Should I unzip/extract the RAR/ZIP file?
A.] No, just flash it as it is.
Q.12] I don't know if my device is rooted or not! What to do?
A.] Get "Root Checker" from Play Store and find it out.
Q.13] I'm getting E:Signature Verification failed error in Recovery Menu..What to do?
A.] Please flash the latest CWM/TWRP/Philz Recovery for your device to resolve the problem.
This problem generally occurs on Stock Recovery...
Q.14] This did not work for me :(
A.] Your bootloader may be locked. Some manufacturers lock the bootloader of your device preventing them from being rooted. So, you cannot root by this method. To root them, just google [MODEL NUMBER] root".
