HOW TO MAKE LEMONADE CONCENTRATE

It is the season of citrus. Make your own lemonade concentrate that can last for months in the fridge.

Ingredients
For every 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar

Tips
If you like your concentrate sweeter, you can add up to 1 1/2 cups or even 2 cups of sugar per cup of lemon juice. In that case, sugar will take much more longer to dissolve in the lemon juice.
Keep the bowl on the countertop and stir/ whisk every 30 min. At night, keep it in the fridge.
When all the sugar is dissolved, you keep the concentrate in bottles and in the fridge. It will last for ever if you can keep your hands off it.
