brewing Neipas hoppy IPA and minimizing oxygen in brewing. Beer with a lot of hops in them like ipas end Hazy Neipas are very sensitive to oxygen exposure. So trying to minimize oxygen exposure in every step of your brewing after the start of fermentation of the wort is a very important thing to think about when homebrewing New England style IPA. I'm trying out a beer from Binary Brewers from the Netherlands. This is my first homebrew from Holland. I have had some Dutch beers before of course like Heineken och Grolsch. But this was my first home-brewed craft beer from the Netherlands.
