1) Started collecting powder capsule containers. I'll show you what a wonderful basket you can make from them.
Master Class:
- I cut off the top side of the box with a utility knife.
- Using a soldering iron, I made holes along the edge, approximately 7 mm apart.
- Now I will crochet the basket. Any thread, yarn, twine will be suitable for this.
- I have cotton twine from a hardware store, I tied the edges with single crochets. Next I knitted 4 rows with this stitch. In some places in the first row I knitted two loops from one.
How to make pens?
When the knitting reached the beginning of the handle, I knitted a chain of air loops, skipped a short distance and wove this chain further into the knitting.
- I knitted another row with stitches.
- For decoration, I knitted a chain and glued it to the bottom of the basket.

2) I took 2 containers from laundry capsules and made a cool thing for the house, the sight of which you won’t guess what it’s made of.
This time I want to show where this container can be usefully used, using the simplest materials for decoration.
You will need two boxes of capsules, parchment paper, leftover fabric and two sticks.
- First, I removed the lid and cut off all the protruding parts with scissors.
The inside of the boxes will be decorated with fabric. It is better to take fabric with stretch; when stretched, it will fit more tightly on the walls.
- I glued the fabric on the outside with hot glue, then placed it inside the box. For the bottom I cut out cardboard and covered it with fabric.
- There will be braids of parchment paper on the outside. I really like this type of decor.
- Paper 28 cm wide was cut into 4 strips. The length of the strips is 10-15 cm greater than the circumference of the box; this reserve will be lost during weaving.
- I crumpled each strip, then twisted it into ropes with slightly damp hands.
- After drying, I braided the braids.
- I glued the braids to the box, pressing and flattening them a little.
- Next, I glued the twine to the bottom.
- I sewed strips from fabric and glued two loops onto one box, and four onto the second.
- I threaded sticks through the loops. I tied the twine.
- It turned out to be a nice little bookcase. Which can be hung in any room and used for cosmetics, office supplies, sewing supplies and other small items.
Dried flowers or artificial flowers will look beautiful here.
